Etuve Food is a local food producer and supplier in Vancouver BC, founded in 2002 by executive chef Benjamin Cote. Etuve is proud to offer a range of unique, top-quality products which are produced using innovative cooking technology and techniques. We specialize in sous vide cooking, and our mission is to help people eat better.
The initial intent of the company was to provide individuals with easy to prepare gourmet, delicious, healthy and nutritious meals. Since then, while maintaining our undying commitment to great food made from scratch using only fresh, local, natural ingredients, our company has grown immensely. Our dedication to quality and innovation has helped us to grow into and emerge as a truly unique food supplier.
